Overview
Every order form on Knead has its own unique link that opens The Board. Sharing this link is the fastest way to start receiving enquiries from customers — and if you run more than one form, each has its own link to share.Finding Your Link
Each form’s link lives on the Order Forms page:- Tap Settings in the main navigation.
- Open Order Forms (
/settings/order-forms). - Find the form you want to share on the card grid.
- Open the card’s menu and tap Copy link to copy its URL to your clipboard.
What Your Link Looks Like
Your default form uses your main order link:{slug} is the short name for your bakery. It stays the same as long as you don’t change it in settings. To customize it, see Customizing Your Public URL.
Where to Share It
Your order link works anywhere you can paste a URL. Here are the most effective places to put it:Social Media
Add the link to your Instagram bio, Facebook page, or TikTok profile. When you post about a new product or open ordering window, direct followers to the right form with the link in your bio or story.Your Website
If you have a website, add a button or banner that links to your form. Use text like “Order Now” or “Place an Enquiry” to make the action clear. Every Knead baker also gets a free online storefront that links to your menu automatically.Text Messages and Email
Send the link directly to repeat customers when you open a new ordering window. A short message with your link is often all it takes.Printed Materials
Add your order URL to business cards, flyers, market signage, or packaging inserts. Keep the URL short and readable. What Customers See
When a customer taps your link, they land on that form. They see your bakery name, logo, and whatever you’ve built into the form — your products with prices, or the custom fields you’ve set up. No login or app download is required — the form works in any browser on any device. Customers fill out the form, add their contact details, and submit. The entire process takes a few minutes.Good to know: Your order form is mobile-friendly. Most customers will visit from their phone, and the layout adjusts automatically.
Keeping Your Link Fresh
Your form always reflects your latest setup. If you’re using the classic all-products Board, it shows your current active products and pricing; if you’ve built a custom form, it shows your latest fields. Changes appear right away — there’s no need to generate a new link after making edits. If you change your slug in settings, your order URLs update to match. Any previously shared links with the old slug will stop working, so update your profiles and saved links if you make this change.Related Articles
