Overview

Storing delivery addresses on client profiles means you do not retype the same address every time a repeat customer orders. Add it once, and it is available to select whenever you create an order for that client.

Adding a Delivery Address

  1. Tap Clients in the main navigation.
  2. Tap the client’s name to open their profile.
  3. Tap Edit.
  4. Scroll to the Delivery Addresses section.
  5. Tap Add Address.
  6. Enter the address details — street, city, state, and zip code.
  7. Give the address a label (for example, “Home” or “Office”).
  8. Tap Save.
The address is now stored on the client’s profile and ready to use on future orders.

Storing Multiple Addresses

Clients can have more than one saved address. This is useful for customers who receive deliveries at different locations — home, office, an event venue, a relative’s house. To add another address, open the client profile and tap Add Address again. Each address gets its own label so you can tell them apart at a glance. Common label examples:
  • Home — Their primary residence.
  • Office — Workplace for corporate or lunch orders.
  • Event venue — A recurring event location like a church or community center.
  • Mom’s house — Gift deliveries to family members.
Good to know: There is no limit on saved addresses per client. Add as many as the customer needs.

Using Saved Addresses on Orders

When you create or edit an order for a client with saved addresses, you do not need to type the address from scratch.
  1. Create a new order or open an existing one for the client.
  2. Set the fulfillment method to Delivery.
  3. Tap the Delivery Address field.
  4. Select from the client’s saved addresses.
  5. The address fills in automatically.
If the delivery is going to a new location, you can still type an address manually. You can also save that new address to the client’s profile for next time.
Pro tip: When a customer mentions a new delivery address during an order conversation, add it to their profile right away. It takes a few seconds now and saves you time on every future order to that location.

Editing or Removing an Address

To update a saved address:
  1. Open the client’s profile.
  2. Tap Edit.
  3. Find the address you want to change.
  4. Update the details or tap Remove to delete it.
  5. Tap Save.
Removing an address from a client’s profile does not affect past orders. Those orders keep the address that was used at the time.
