Overview
Storing delivery addresses on client profiles means you do not retype the same address every time a repeat customer orders. Add it once, and it is available to select whenever you create an order for that client.Adding a Delivery Address
- Tap Clients in the main navigation.
- Tap the client’s name to open their profile.
- Tap Edit.
- Scroll to the Delivery Addresses section.
- Tap Add Address.
- Enter the address details — street, city, state, and zip code.
- Give the address a label (for example, “Home” or “Office”).
- Tap Save.
Storing Multiple Addresses
Clients can have more than one saved address. This is useful for customers who receive deliveries at different locations — home, office, an event venue, a relative’s house. To add another address, open the client profile and tap Add Address again. Each address gets its own label so you can tell them apart at a glance. Common label examples:- Home — Their primary residence.
- Office — Workplace for corporate or lunch orders.
- Event venue — A recurring event location like a church or community center.
- Mom’s house — Gift deliveries to family members.
Good to know: There is no limit on saved addresses per client. Add as many as the customer needs.
Using Saved Addresses on Orders
When you create or edit an order for a client with saved addresses, you do not need to type the address from scratch.- Create a new order or open an existing one for the client.
- Set the fulfillment method to Delivery.
- Tap the Delivery Address field.
- Select from the client’s saved addresses.
- The address fills in automatically.
Editing or Removing an Address
To update a saved address:- Open the client’s profile.
- Tap Edit.
- Find the address you want to change.
- Update the details or tap Remove to delete it.
- Tap Save.
