Where Your Brand Color Appears
Your accent color shows up in four key places:The Board
Your public order form uses the accent color for buttons, highlights, and interactive elements. Customers see your brand when they browse products and submit orders.Customer Emails
Notification emails — order confirmations, payment receipts, delivery reminders — use your accent color in headers, buttons, and links. Every email feels on-brand.Quote Approval Pages
When you send a customer a quote, they see a branded approval page. The accent color styles the approve button and page header.Your Dashboard
Elements throughout The Counter and other dashboard pages pick up the accent color for a cohesive look while you work.Choosing the Right Color
Pick a color that matches your bakery brand. If you have a logo, pull the primary color from it. A few guidelines:- High contrast matters. Your color is used for buttons with white text. Dark or medium-saturated colors work best.
- Avoid very light colors. Pale yellows or light grays make button text hard to read.
- Test it on your Board. After saving, open your Board link to see how it looks on the actual order form.
Light and Dark Mode
Your accent color works in both light and dark modes. Knead automatically adjusts contrast and background tones so the color remains readable regardless of the customer’s display settings.Good to know: The color change takes effect immediately. There is no delay or cache to clear. Open your Board in a new tab to preview it right away.
