Overview

The Board is your public-facing order form. It shows customers what you bake, what you charge, and lets them submit enquiries directly to you. You can now go further: build your own custom form with exactly the fields you want, and even run more than one form at the same time — all on every plan.

What Customers See

When someone visits your Board, they land on a branded page with your bakery name, logo, and everything you’ve chosen to ask for. Out of the box, your default form shows your product lineup — each product with its name, price, and available variants (size, flavor, frosting, and so on). Customers scroll through your form, choose what they want, and fill in their details. Everything happens on a single page — no account creation required.

Your Default Form Shows Your Products

Your original form — the Main order form — starts out showing all your active products automatically. Any product you mark as Active appears; products marked Inactive or Draft stay hidden. This is the classic Board, and it keeps working with no setup. The moment you want more control, you can customize it — see the next section.

Building a Custom Form

Instead of the standard all-products list, you can design your own form: pick which fields to show, add photo swatches for sizes and flavors, collect exactly the details you need, and brand it to match your storefront. You do this in the order form builder at Settings → Order Forms.
Good to know: Your Main order form starts empty in the builder. While it’s empty, your Board keeps showing the classic all-products form. The moment you add a single field to it, your Board switches to your custom build.
For the full walkthrough — the field palette, the 15 field types, photo swatches, and branding — see Building a Custom Order Form.

Running More Than One Form

You’re not limited to a single Board. You can run several forms at once — a holiday menu, a wedding inquiry form, a wholesale form — each with its own fields and its own link. Manage them all from the Order Forms page. See Running Multiple Order Forms.

How Enquiries Work

However you build your form, when a customer fills it out and taps Submit, the request lands in your Counter. You get a notification so you can review it right away. Required fields are validated first, so the important details always come through.
Good to know: Submitting an enquiry does not confirm an order. You review every request before accepting it.

Customizing What’s on Your Default Form

If you’re using the classic all-products Board, you control what appears from your product catalog:
  1. Open The Counter and go to your product list.
  2. Tap on a product to edit its details — name, description, price, photo, and variants.
  3. Toggle the product’s status to Active to display it on The Board.
  4. Save your changes. The Board updates immediately.
You can reorder products to feature your best sellers at the top. Seasonal items can be toggled on or off as your menu changes.
Pro tip: Add a clear product photo and a short description for each item. Customers are more likely to enquire when they can see what they’re ordering.

Sharing The Board

Every form has its own unique link. Grab it with Copy link on the form’s card at Settings → Order Forms, or open the form and copy the link from its Settings tab. Share it anywhere — social media bios, website buttons, text messages, or email signatures. For the details, see Sharing Your Order Link.

What Happens Next

Once a customer submits an enquiry through The Board, it appears in your Counter as a new enquiry. From there you can review details, check your capacity on The Sweet Spot, and decide whether to accept or decline.
